Of course — don't worry, it's very easy to understand. The tricky part comes when you try to make it work in your favor, you would have to memorize or at least read the effects of your cards.

He begins by separating a few of them in the trap, magic and monster cards. Here comes a rather succinct explanation of each type, counter traps, continuous spells, quick-plays and pot of greed included! He tries to make it the explanation enjoyable, giving some examples and what not.

You may never know what your opponent's deck might have, it's important to have different strategies against different things, cover at least the obvious effects. And even if you knew their cards, it's not as simple. I know every card in Kaiba's deck or, I used to, and he knows mine but, I nearly lost to him thanks to a new card I've never seen him using before. He knows and believes in his cards more than he gives credit for. That is also important, Rey. You put your trust in them, and they'll know it.
