[Mikasa's choice earns her a confused look at first. Rey glances back to the machine's contents, before spotting the plush she just described.]

Frog-cat it is, then. [Rey sends the claw towards the desired plush.

[Too bad that claw just barely scrapes its ear before pulling back up. But Rey doesn't seem too bothered, as she's already taking out another coin.]

Sometimes you have to move them around a few times before you can actually catch what you want. No big deal.

[Mikasa just watches it, her moving so her gaze remained on the crane as it drifted. Poking the frog-cat in it's frog eye. Her head slowly turning to Rey when she comments on the failure. Giving a small, slow nod.]

Uh-huh... [Doubt.] Have managed to catch before?

Not really. Never tried these things before.

[Mostly because she never had any use for the things inside. Things like possessions tended to imply a state of permeance, which she never had the luxury or having.

[This time, the claw closes in on her target's head. Her efforts are in vain, however, as it only moves the plush a few inches before releasing it. Rey doesn't look deterred, though.]

Third time's the charm? [That's what they say, right?]

[She gave a little shrug, for she'd never tried. Because it didn't exist where she was from. And she still wasn't used to owning things to have gotten much in this city.

Mikasa just kept watching, the plush as it was lifted then fell. Shrugging.]
