[It takes a few seconds before Rey's nerves start to settle. The tension in her body slowly eases the more Alex soothes her with subtle gestures, just as Rey does the same when she nuzzles into her neck.

[When she speaks, Alex's logic slowly brings Rey back to the reality of their position, what they just did, and where they did it. Reluctant, she pulls back, heat rising in her flushed face as she retrieved the few discarded articles of clothes from the floor.]

Ah, right. Yeah. We... We should, shouldn't we...?

[It's a laundry room. Surely someone must've left behind something they can briefly clean themselves with before they walk out. Thank fuck there's a sink to wash their hands, at least.

[Not that they're going to be the only ones they will find disheveled after that announcement. But Rey has some shame, if nothing else.]
