NOTE: As of 12/2016, Rey has adopted the alias "Fiona Stransky" when working with the Guard. Something to keep in mind, as Rey maintains a low profile with her involvement in the group. Other than what is mentioned in the Guard records, there is no trace of a "Fiona" identified on the network.

[Unlike usual, Rey isn't armed to the teeth when she arrives at the temple. She doesn't come here looking for a fight. Sorrow seems like a reasonable sort, and as such she only arrives with the masergun, resting in a makeshift hip holster.
[She's been here before, but she never gets used to the feeling that these temples resonate. Makes her skin crawl.
[At the center, she stops, not taking long to seek out Sorrow in his own dwelling place.]
[Sorrow doesn't take long to appear. A breeze seems to pick up through the building, and when it passes, he's standing near the entrance, straight backed and looking every bit as stern as he has on the video feeds he's sent out.
He regards Rey for a moment under hooded eyes, first taking stock of her face and expression, before his gaze shifts downward to the holster.]
[With little regard for the consequences, Rey extracts the maser. Flips it so that she's holding the gun by its muzzle and the grip in Sorrow's direction. If he really had any intention of hurting her, he no doubt wouldn't need a gun to do it.]
[His response is an answer in itself. Something for her to sit and think on more than speculate. She folds her arms over her chest, watching Sorrow handle the gun with curiosity.
[And then she has to consider his following request. While many others have their reasons to lack trust in these gods, Rey is pretty certain that they're everyone's best chance at even having a chance in this place. That has to count for something.]
Long as you return it. [She pauses, then adds:] Might be strong enough alone, but am living with someone who is not. And he isn't the type who'd ask for help.
[Which is stressful, considering Nick's lame state. But it is what it is.]
Are you planning to study it because you want to understand the technology better, or do you think you can replicate it? [Because the latter could be useful.]
[Sorrow nods once, pleased that she's allowing him to take it for now. Pleased enough, that when she mentions her friend, he tilts his head, generously.]

[And then he has to think on her question as he tucks the weapon away into his coat.]
